Settling A Sold Account Help! How Do I Settle My Account With Bally's?

Help! How do I settle my account with Bally's? - settling a sold account

I was behind payments for Bally's. Sold my account to some creditors, then sold to another company to the lenders. Today I want to pay by credit card. I wanted to pay by check, but I did not. I told him to pay tomorrow, but I want now. How can I do?

Get the address of the collection agency. Tell her in writing in relation to the original bill, and they never call you back. By law they have to call anymore. Then (if) they send a bill, you pay by all means, what you want. You have the right to pay by money order, check, or something else. There is no law that says you must pay all the debts by credit card. You try to intimidate. However, there is a law that says they must stop if you say so in writing.

If you disagree with the bill, send a letter stating that the bill is wrong, and refuse to pay. You are invited to bring to trial and let a judge decide the correct amount. Probably not to push too far. Depends on what you owe me. If less than $ 500 is a question that belongs to small claims court. If you want to meet there, it is their right to do so. The chances are good that you will not miss my time with you.
